This prospect, more than anything else, is what is making me weep today.

I grew up with fundamentalists - their agenda was clear to me 20 years ago and is about to be realized.

I cannot express how deeply, deeply pained I am today contemplating the death of our grand American experiment.

Cheer up. It's just our cultural values that are at risk. If the Amish had prevailed instead of the Evangelicals, we'd be looking at dismantling the electrical grid.
